Everything started from the inspiration of a country farm in 2009. Founder of the company realized, that only small portion of the wheat is edible, while most of the plant is considered waste. The potential of biowaste should be worth attention. Finrenes Oy was established to develop and commercialise technologies for turning the biowaste to energy.
After many years research, the founder of Finrenes found a way to link the existing technologies to enable the process of biowaste to energy with higher energy efficiency.
The patent of Finrenes technology is patented in EU, Finland, USA, Canada, South Africa and Russia. Patent for China is pending.
